About the Venue

We’re so excited to invite you to this year’s holiday party! It will be a night of serious celebration at the swanky Grand Oak Ballroom in Downtown Toronto. We’ll be kicking off right after work and traveling as a group to the venue, so please plan your day accordingly.

James Carter is our MC for the evening and will be getting things started with a few announcements and some big surprises. Next, we’ll enjoy some delicious appetizers while everyone gets into a festive mood.

Don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes because after our three-course dinner, DJ Mia Thompson will be spinning records in the DJ booth until close!

Getting There

We'll be traveling in groups from the office beginning at 5:00pm. Groups will be taking the L train at 14th St. to Bedford Ave. If you plan on coming directly from a meeting by car or need to drive separately, we have have up to ten reserved spaces parking complex. Ride share pick-up and drop-off is located at the hotel's main entrance.
